PRODUCTION & SYSTEMS COORDINATOR

We are seeking to recruit “Production & Systems Coordinator” who is passionate about our mission to upkeep our promise in serving quality products & food safety.

JOB OBJECTIVES: 

Managing and implementing production schedules, coordinating production activities, Ensuring Compliance, overseeing inventory level and collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders for group (BBC & SNS).  Communication and negotiation skills for successful collaboration with both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Coordinate both companies (SNS & BBC) production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Liaising with Sales team for forecast and accordingly preparing production plans and Raw Material ingredients planning and plan and prioritize production to ensure maximum production and minimum delays and communicate schedule change to stakeholders
• Good knowledge on all products, nature of storage, stock rotation (FIFO) and handling and logistics method of each product and provide product quality issues to Production Leaders and Operations Manager.
• Develop internal trainings and SOPs for all areas of factory operations and carry out periodic trainings for the teams to upgrade their knowledge about the changes in systems. Link the training programs to each Team Member’s KPI and guide them via the trainings to achieve their KPI’s
• Must have good knowledge on KPI’s set by managements and achieve them.
• Work with Productions and Despatch teams to minimize wastages and take responsibility for quality standards set for each product and effectively achieve it
• Ensure that both factory operations are complying with the regulatory and compliance requirements. Drive department OHS, NFA, GMP, HACCP, 5S & Pest Control and other internal policy with importance to ensure safe and healthy work environment
• Develop Overall Equipment Efficiencies (OEE) system and accurately reflect in the system. Prepare OEE report for each machine and present in Weekly Operations Meeting.

What Are We Looking For:  

• Good Communication skills (written and verbal) and Computer skills
• Proven track record of management skills Self-motivated and Quality driven.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field
• Knowledge of Food safety, HACCP,
• Applicants must posses a valid Group 2 driving license as a mandatory requirement for this position.
